Farmhouse - A Luxury Living

The host, the owner of the house is really warm and treated us beautifully. We were made comfortable with every smallest thing. It was indeed a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and the Owner(Fahad) was very hospitable.We were also provided breakfast on request and it was very tasty.Rooms were as shown in the pictures-very clean and luxurious.Near to the airport.

Fahad, the host was very helpful in defining our itinerary and suggesting some good shopping destinations and food joints. The rooms were clean, so were the bed and linen. Room was spacious

Dogs barking in the middle of the night. Well, it was a neighborhood property so on a positive note this was expected.

Everything we liked. Right from the beginning, Owner Fahad had helped us a lot . Rooms were clean comfortable spacious . Plus the additional kitchen facilities. I will strongly recommend this property for a comfortable and memorable stay. It’s quiet close to airport and the Gaden area is also huge to have a nice evening walk.

Location is little away from central Srinagar

First of all this property is enlisted in Booking.com and also good review. So, we booked. We arrived this property in the night and we complained the owner about hot and there is no AC. He confirmed later it will be cool, and we are too much tired and this property outside of city to change the property in the night immediately. For this reason, we stayed this property.

This is not any farmhouse.only two rooms have the property. No AC & only one small fan has on the corner side( bed side has nothing). The whole night, we could not sleep because the room was hot ,dog barking continuously , and vehicles were horn because the property was beside the road. The good thing was the room big . Security also was too bad no body stay night in the property.only one child of 12 yrs who was working that place who carried our luggage from downstairs. We are surprised how these properties enlisted in Booking.com.This is low property, and the price is expensive.
