Beautifully designed, in a perfect location, luxurious but also family friendly. It was perfect!

We stayed at the apartments for 4 nights and had the suite with the outside terrace, which was fantastic. It was so spacious and clean, had everything we needed and more. Great location with plenty of cool bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Mari was superb and answered all my questions very quickly, her customer service was exceptional.

It was so clean, everything was new and comfortable

The apartment was very clean and set across 2 levels with some old features maintained. The location was really good. Just outside the main hub, but still had great bars and restaurants to walk to. I particularly like the Microbrewery just around the corner.

We didn't get to meet the host, but communication was very good.

location is unbeatable. typical touristic activities are all within 20 minutes of the hotel, even the main train station is just 10 minutes away. mari (manager) is fantastic, responsive, and so helpful with any questions. the room is great, clean, and very spacious. towels and toiletries are also provided as well as extra blankets. this is a bit random, but the shower pressure is also amazing!

i wish they had a camera at the front door, as i don't think there are any cameras anywhere in the entrance or building. it could be a good measure to feel extra safe, just in case. also, a microwave would be a great addition, and a small chair for the balcony!

Amazing location for easy walking access to all the major sites of Palermo! The room was also massive and exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. The only callout is for parking, you will have to use a public lot about 2 blocks away. It's an easy walk, but definitely do not keep any valuables in the car!

Hot water would run out quickly in the shared apartment complex

Nice secure apartment in the vibrant Kalsa district. Easy walk from train/ bus terminal and close to main attractions and restaurants. The apartment ( No 4) had lift access and a private terrace and was very comfortable and spotlessly clean . Fabiola and Maria were wonderful and responsive hosts. Would stay here again .

Kitchen would benefit from a microwave

The property was beautiful and host Maria was great to deal with. Would be great for a multiple nights stay - we were sad it was for one night only as it’s been the best accomodation we have had in Italy so far. We had some issues with getting into unit as it was storming/raining in Palermo but Maria was quick to resolve the issue.
