La Duca Suites & Apartments

Very nice apartment with a lot of space for two people and in a prime location. We loved the rooftop terrace with the comfy furniture and the lemon trees, where you can catch the sun all day long.

The apartment is very beautifully furnished and decorated. Near the city centre. Mari, the host, was nice.

It was very very cold....the rooms were not heated before we came. The windows were open and it was freezing, especially in the bathroom. We were told before arrival that the boiler in our initial apartment was defective. We were given another apartment where they prepared a cot for my kid. She is 6! They then said they thought she was 3... don't know how because you fill that when you book. Then the employee said my daughter could sleep on a pull-out, that did not have a mattress. The mattress was in another room and it took over an hour until everything was ready. So we had to move rooms after 3 days because they said they would repair the boiler. On the day they came early because we actually planned to go to Marsala ( ended up not going cause my kid got sick in the night) and we changed rooms. Kid was sleeping as they came to the new room...to repair the boiler! So they moved us into an apartment without functioning warm water. They ended up replacing the boiler on the same day. But it was really annoying. Oh and it ended up that their storage room was only accessible from the second apartment where we were staying. The employee came another 2 times during our stay to retrieve stuff!!! So the apartment is great, but the whole organisation was catastrophic. I'm never going to stay in another apartment in Italy again!

Spacious and well equipped apartment. The property manager went over and above to make sure our stay was comfortable. Great location for walking around Palermo. We didn’t need a car or taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable room!

Fabiola and Mari were incredible hosts who went above and beyond in accommodating me and my partner. Their communication was excellent, the apartment was gorgeous, and its location was ideal. We got engaged in Palermo and Mari and Fabiola went to great lengths with balloons, roses and bubbles to make the setting more romantic. Would 100% recommend.

There was nothing to complain about.

A beautifully renovated apartment in a vibrant neighborhood, the perfect spot to explore Palermo for two days. Communication with the hosts was proactive and friendly. Good WiFi.

The apartment was lacking a bit of light (courtyard facing) and we would appreciate a dishwasher and laundry machine for a longer stay but other than that we highly recommend La Duca.

Always the host replied to me so quickly and accurately. She provided us a parking space on the street of the apartment. All facilities were great and clean. It was large enough to accommodate Falmouth with four members. Including sofa bed, all linens were perfect.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. Location was good, a few minutes to the main street. Communication by the host was very good, let us check out a little later and even called us a taxi to take us to the rental car pickup location. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Palermo.

There was a bit of construction noise going on during the morning but it wasn't that big of a deal .
