La Duca Suites & Apartments

Large airy room, stylish, nice balcony, big fridge, shower was good and nice big towels It was my husband's birthday whilst we were there and they were happy to help with getting a bottle of bubbles (upon my request) and I could leave the money in the room Good communication too via WhatsApp

There were no mugs/cups, so we used the glasses when we made a coffee. There is also only one small bin. The property overlooks the street/alley so it was a little noisy at night. There is an adjoining room, so you can hear your neighbour (and, presumably they could hear us)

Location : Perfect location set in a really unique, local and quirky borough of Palermo. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. It also felt safe at night for a female solo traveller. Staff : Mari was extremely helpful, friendly and excellent at communicating. She met all my needs and was quick to jump on any issues or questions I had. Suite : Absolutely stunning!!! Exceptionally clean, and well decorated. The bed was super comfy, kitchen had all the basics, super modern bathroom, and lots of natural light throughout the property. The terrace was unreal and by far my favourite part of the stay. It was quiet and felt very private and had a good selection of tables and seating options.

Amazing terrace to spend the evenings or sunbathe during the day! Nice and well-equipped kitchenette. Overall, new and modern apartment.

My fiance and I had a terrific stay at La Duca (6 nights). Mari was very accessible via WhatsApp at all times and did everything in her power to make sure that we had a lovely stay. A few important things to know: if you prefer a firm mattress, the bed is terrific! The apartment/suite was especially nice because the windows blocked out street noise even on weekend nights. And lastly, if it seems like the shower head seems broken because it is overflowing from the top, it's not really broken. Just press the rubber stopper back into place, and voila, it works just fine. I will definitely book the apartment again when I return.

The internet was recently upgraded to a faster connection, so there were some issues connecting phones and laptops. This wasn't the fault of La Duca or Mari, as we have had similar issues in our own home. It was just bad timing. Nevertheless La Duca were extremely kind about the issue and compensated us.

New and modern apartments, great location, huge terrace. The staff is in touch and helps with all questions. We liked everything very much! Thanks

there is a lack of a dishwasher and a washing machine (after the beach you want to wash your clothes, and towels too)

Nice clean apt with good decoration

We had to wait for 20 minutes on our check in although we told them exactly the hour that we will be there

Has central position in a cool area of the city, still is very silent and calm at night. Plus the cleanliness and all the details in the flat made it so nice and cozy! We loved the windows and the presence of blinds for a restful sleep.
