やや坂の上にあるが、街まで近い。屋上からの景色が良い。至る所に、生花が飾ってあっておしゃれ。スタッフは、何か聞けば親切に答えてくれる。このホテルの裏にスーパーがあり、その隣にある、mouluというお惣菜屋さんがある。ここのシンボロ"simboro"は絶品。

対応が遅いし、要領が悪い、非効率。チェックインに2時間かかった。私しかいないのに。メールにて、3ヶ月前、2ヶ月前、1ヶ月前に、バヌアツご飯、ローカル飯を予約し、事前に確認した。チェックイン時に確認したら、booking.comの内容は、管理してないから、知らないと言われた。部屋は、フェイスタオルの用意がされてなかった。洗面所の棚は壊れて修理されてなかった。トイレは、便座が壊れ、タンクはひび割れていた。

As soon as i walked into this place the staff here was friendly and prepared to go beyond for you, from check in a staff member help me up the stairs with suitcase, assisted me with meals and flexible friendly, show me where to buy bottle water, even offered to go and buy it for me, and the next day on check out assisted me on how to get a bus, I recommend staying here for solo or couple travellers on a budget.

They didn't show me all the facilities, like roof access or what they offered, I had to find all this out myself.

Having to pay booking.com's commission, never in many countries using booking.com has this occurred. Perhaps Expedia may be better option.

Gute Lage in Port Vila, auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Warmes Wasser und saubere Zimmer. Da wir nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben, war es grundsätzlich ein guter Aufenthalt. Tolle Beachbar fußläufig erreichbar.

Man merkt, dass das Management bemüht ist, das Hotel zu pflegen und dafür zu sorgen, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen, jedoch sind die Zimmer etwas veraltet. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Efate ist Preis-Leistung nicht ganz stimmig.

La ubicació, en breu estàs al centre a peu. També és un descans de les cabanes de Vanuatu. Tot està molt net.

Es ven com un hotel d'alta gamma i és un hotel normal. Hi ha millors opcions a Port Vila. El llit de matrimoni molt dur, t'aixeques adolorit. Tampoc ens ha agradat que volguessin cobrar-nos de més per un taxi a l'aeroport.
