Location and privacy

Maintenance needed some review. Sinks were blocked with hair and gunk, aircon in bedroom noisy.

The unit is connected to a mall which makes everything easier if it is your first time in Jakarta. Guest services were great, we were able to keep contact during whole stay. We also had to check in due to a delay in our flight, Kozystay mobilized one of their staff to deliver keys & support for the luggage. Top level support.

"Overall a comfortable stay for a few days - would book again!"

The property was spacious and quiet with secure access. Well located above a shopping mall and close to restaurants and bars. Very good support from staff via email and phone messaging with easy check in via their own online system. Free access to a swimming pool and gym on the ground floor of the building. Plenty of drinking water supplied in the apartment during our stay.

Some small maintenance items should be addressed such as loose shower rail in one of the bathrooms and a broken curtain rail bracket in the living room. There were no dish cloths or draining rack in the kitchen area but this issue was quickly solved by the staff when notified.
