Very clean and lovely decor. Great location

Check in process was not good as we were left outside in the rain trying to gain access. Had paid the security deposit and also been told we could arrive at 2.00pm to drop bags off. When we arrived no one was at the appartment and after ringing the help number they had to send me a watsap with a form to complete. We completed this but then it had to be approved and this took over an hour. So was not a great experience as it made us late for an event.

De locatie en de faciliteiten, een tegenvaller was dat het niet proper was. Maar de staf heeft er wel alles aangedaan om het goed te maken. Door sel te communiceren en te schakelen. De dag nadien een cleaning team gestuurd. En ik heb mij cleaning fee terug ontvangen.

Zeer vuil bij aankomst. Lege plastieken flessen onder bed, vuile stinkende tapijt. Lakens die vuil waren bij aanvang en de muur beklad met vers voedsel

Four flights of stairs to carry luggage. Arranged for a travel cot but only arrived after being reminded

Tight stairs, but apart from that all good!

There’s a bit of noise on a Friday & Saturday night - but this is central Manchester!

الدرج للصعود عالي جدا مايصلح اذا كان الضيوف كبار سن وكذلك الغرف فوق بعض لازم من صعود درج

Absolutely gorgeous accommodation. The decor is done beautifully and to a very high standard.. and the roof and rooftop is amazing! Fantastic apartment, would 1000% stay here again and will highly recommend to my friends
