Fantastic location with plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants. The showers were excellent as well as the WiFi. The kitchen has everything you required for a short stay and were of a high standard. The outside seating area is a little bonus especially if the weather is nice.

The only real negative were the size of the beds and the 3 smoke alarms in the kitchen that continually go off when using the oven or air fryer.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city with everything on your doorstep. The property is very high-end and was immaculate throughout. Showers were fantastic and the bed was very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth. I will definitely be staying here again.

The property is close to the centre and the place is very modern and looks beautiful.

The company itself were extremely unhelpful, we were completely abandoned with no hot water for the last day there and the next morning, to this day the hot water wasn’t fixed and we only stayed for four days and couldn’t get in the room till half way through one day, so nearly half the trip we couldn’t wash without being frozen cold which for any 74year old nan isn’t acceptable! We contact every single number we had been given and even no one spoke English and they couldn’t find us on the system and I kept spelling my name six times and got told they would call us back which to this day they still haven’t or those who did speak English we was ignored by any number we messaged. Imagine it wasn’t the hot water and the electric went we would of been stuck! This situation absolutely ruined our nye and our compensation we had to FIGHT a week for we ended up with £35 each due to putting £36 back into our losses on a pre paid nye meal we missed due to all of this happening; I had conditioner all in my hair from the water going mid shower and trying to wash it off in freezing cold water off and on we missed it (£108 down the drain) and they felt £35 each was enough. To make matters worse they then lied to booking.com and said we didn’t turn up to the reservation and now this may effect my account and incur a fee which has left me deflated as I take pride on my account and bonuses! I’ve message them to find out why and still they haven’t told me why… they still haven’t told me why the hot water went and explained or given reason for lack of communication. This has effected me to ever stay in any property again and I’ll stick to hotels

The apartment was excellent. Well equipped, clean, comfortable, and very close to the center with good amenities a very short walk away. The bathrooms are straight out of a hotel and the showers are amazing. Just what you need after a long day. I stayed for work so used the washer dryer several times and also cooked in the apartment with no issues. It was really good that midweek the apartment was cleaned and the bedding and towels changed. I had a friend come and visit over a weekend and she was also very impressed with the apartment. An excellent find! I am due back to the same location for work early 2025 so if this apartment is available i would book again. Fully recommended.

I think this apartment is new to the holiday/rental market. It would be nice to have some instructions, like how to work the heating. The apartment was very cold on arrival and took me a while to get the heating to come on, but once it was on it got lovely and warm. There are also no instructions on how to use the washer dryer. It is very easy to put it on a wash cycle but getting it to dry was hit and miss as i had no idea what options to choose. It would also be good if you knew what times the hot water came on and off and how to boost it, which i did figure out. I came home early one day and got in the shower to find there was no hot water. Minor things that could be sorted with an information folder on the coffee table.

The property was equipped with everything that is needed. They also offered weekly housekeeping which was also nice.

Excellent location in short walking distance to the town center, high end compared to other hotels and apartments I have visited in Manchester, would always rebook again. We were a family of 4 with three adults and one child. The interior, beds, living room all were brand new.
