Amazing clear apartment with ocean view! There was everything you needed and even more Sarah was super nice, she provided all information about excursions and places we should visit

The apartment was exactly as described, within minutes of a lovely beach and lots of other facilities. It has everything we needed for the week and was in immaculate condition. Sarah was a perfect host.

Due to the location close to the main road it was very noisy during the day and still quite loud during night.

Condo was beautiful! Modern, safe and close to everything. Lovely refreshing pool.

Nothing to dislike. Can be a little noisy at night if we left the patio doors open and we did to enjoy the beautiful breeze at night.

It's a lovely place, very clean and nicely done located very close to the beach. There are shops and a variety of restaurants in the vincinity. The host is very nice and helpful, communication was really effective and we had a bottle of wine, water and some sweets waiting, which was a very nice surprise. The bed is comfy and there is everything you need in the kitchen, including coffee maker etc. Also the bathroom is spacious, clean and modern. There is a big balcony where you can enjoy sea view and a pool in the condominium (the water was colder than in the ocean, but we were there in the beggining of January).

The main problem is noise - the balcony faces a very busy roundabout, with all kind of cars going around the clock, including lorries, which you can hear even with the balcony doors closed. There is also a bus stop in front of the next building, and a kindergarden. I must say we hit the jackpot, when it comes to the noise because it turned out that they started renovating appartments downstairs. So, if you are a light sleeper or just seek a bit of tranquility, this may not be the place for you,

The apartment is modern and clean with spacious bathroom, good bed and nice balcony facing towards South and the sea. The pool area was quiet in mid December, it was easy to find sunbeds. The pool is not heated, so the sea water was warmer than the pool. The apartment has tv with Netflix and washing machine. It also has induction stove. The location is super as you can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in both Las Americas and Los Cristianos. I enjoyed morning runs by the sealine and picking up fresh bread and croissants after the run from bakery very next to the apartment to enjoy in the balcony. There is Mercado just next to the apartment as well as two bakeries/cafeterias. It was also nice to notice that the starting kit of toilet paper, drinking water, shampoo and soap was available as well as bottle of wine, some coffee and milk. If you want to use the washing machine, bring your own washing powder or buy from Mercado. Pool towels were provided in the apartment. The owner Sarah was very welcoming and flexible and easy to be in touch.

The onlt downside was the big street next to the apartment. We had seen the earlier reviews, so this was not a surprise for us. As everything else was perfect, we would rebt this again. There is only one key available, and you need a key also to the pool area. So a bit tricky if travelling in a company where you would like to do different things during the day. I was travelling with my daughter, so the key was not an issue for us.

Ideal location for exploring Los Cristianos, Las Americas and beyond. The apartment provided all amenities required for a comfortable stay including towels and essential toiletries, ideal when you’re travelling light. The apartment is bright and airy, has a super comfortable large bed, and the balcony is sunny with a sea view. There’s a very quiet washing machine which is very handy. The tv with UK channels and Netflix was a bonus. Having a coffee machine was lovely so we could have fresh coffee each day.

The apartment is next to a very busy and often noisy road, I’d recommend eat plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Sarah was a wonderful host and allowed us to check in early we arranged where to meet to collect the keys and Sarah explained everything to us. Highly recommend this apartment.

Busy road that runs parallel but double glazed doors done a great job of blocking out any noise so not really an issue.
