Boutique studio, sea views of Las Vistas and free wifi

Close to the sea and shopping centres. Lovely pool. The host was really helpful and communicative. The apartment is very modern with lovely furniture and a great bathroom. WiFi good. Good sized balcony overlooking the sea. Would highly recommend

Nothing . All good

We stayed for two weeks in this studio and its was perfect. The apartment had al the facilities to enjoy our stay and the location was the best. You are able to walk to the center of Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos within minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed (the taxi back to the airport for example).

Everything was great

The apartment is brand new, very modern, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen... very nice view of the see. The apartments in the building have access to a nice private pool with sunbeds - there was always a free spot. Hosts are very nice and attentive, too. The location is awesome in that there is Mercadona super close and beach is nearby, too. We also liked the gym right in the basement of the building.

We have to mention, that while we were looking forward to spending a lot of time on the balcony, there is unfortunately quite a busy road right next to the building... so we ended up having the balcony doors closed most of the time. But the pool area made up for it...

We got this beautiful accommodation after having a night mare at the hotel we had original booked! This apartment honestly made our holiday! It’s all been recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful! Clean, tidy and has everything you could need - fridge freezer, washing machine, free wifi, and smart TV. We were on holidays so no cooking for us but has everything you need if you wish to do so! Location is perfect and short walk to las vistas beach and close to safari centre and the beach walking distance to low Christianos and the block has their own pool which was lovely and quiet! Can’t recommend this property enough and the host arranged our taxi to the airport which was fanatastic

Nicest place I've ever stayed, all the facilities you need and a gorgeous modern decor. Balcony is superb. Perfect location, bang in the middle of Christianos & Americas, and the beach! Sarah was super helpful, was accommodating of our flight being delayed, gave us a great tour and even helped us out with a taxi to take us back to the airport at the end.

The place looked so premium that the missus now wants to renovate the house.

The location and new and modern

The studio is newly refurnished in excellent taste; totally sparkling and brand new. The large south-facing balcony has lovely sea views; and beaches, restaurants and anything else you might want are within a few blocks. The whole complex is nicely landscaped and has a beautiful, quiet pool area. We took advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to fix a couple meals. Sarah and Marco were friendly, helpful with suggestions and super responsive to our needs. It was also great having Mercadona just a couple blocks away! Sarah had warned us about the difficulty of street parking but we were actually quite lucky in finding spaces without lengthy searching.

The flip side of its convenient central location was that the apartment did get considerable traffic noise all day from major streets nearby. It was not loud enough to disturb our sleep at night though; and realistically it seems like it would be hard to find a place in this area that did not have the same problem to some degree. Thankfully we can say we didn't hear any noisy bars/discos nearby!
