They charged me twice for my stay and I can't get ahold of the property to try and sort it out

We didn't get breakfast, misunderstood at checking, arrived for breakfast just before 9am, everything was gone but cereal, apples and coffee. My mother-in-law has no teeth so only got coffee. Apparently breakfast was 6a-9a. Employee who tried to help get tv channels working was very nice.

No instructions in room for tv or remotes. Finally called front desk, she was able to get setting menu, it was in Spanish, though verbal was English. She managed to get a station. I tried to change station, got back to Spanish settings page. I gave up. There was no info with times for free breakfast or we would have gone earlier and not missed it.

Breakfast was okay. Staff was helpful. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Air conditioner was turned on with a light switch on the wall. It was fine, but we didn’t figure it out for awhile. There were two conditioners in the shower, but no bottle of soap.

Tiny beds, toilet wobbled bad. No food or drink out of the breakfast area.

I like this hotel,because was comfortable with everything,clean room ,everything new .,breakfast very nice,and the restaurant and bar was wonderful,.we was Saturday and was buffet and the food was very delicious ,,.I like to go again,

Friendly staff

Missing a washcloth & soap in the bathroom. Free breakfast not appetizing

Clean room with nice king sized bed. Friendly staff. And the room was affordable, good value. The dinner buffet was an unexpected treat. We’ll return for sure.
