My stay unfortunately was not very pleasant. I arrived with my support animal, but staff entered my room and told me I had two dogs when I only had one, which was frustrating. The heat in the room was not working, and one of the managers did bring me a heater to help, which I appreciated. However, the room itself was not very comfortable. There were holes in the walls, and the hallway felt very dark and a bit unsettling. I also noticed something in the bed that caused me to leave the room right away. My dog began itching after being on the bed and was barking a lot during the night and day, which made me concerned. Overall, the hotel environment just didn’t feel very comfortable or safe during my stay.

It has a decent restaurant right on site. A little expensive but a lot of buffet food choices and has prime rib on Saturday nights. Beautiful rooms for large semi private parties.

No pool, non operating ice machines, vending machines either don’t work or have nothing stocked. Eating area is quite outdated in the buffet room.

Breakfast was not good. Room AC terribly noisy, hallways were extremely dim, almost dark.

Dirty tables in the breakfast room. No eating utensils for the breakfast food. Cannot eat pancakes with spoons.
