Park Central loft. Ruzzafa.

We loved the location. So close to the railway station and restaurants,and walking distance to central Valencia. The studio was just right for 2 people,it was obvious someone paid attention to decorating and making it comfortable.

We are in Spain and wanted to have a drink of wine in the evening, surprisingly there were no wine glasses available.

really great location & nice, clean apartment. The host was extremely kind & helpful! The bed was super comfortable & the shower was super nice. Highly recommend!

Al llegar nos encontramos con la cerradura bloqueada por los vecinos y escrito Tourists Go Home en la puerta. Toda la estancia pensando si nos iban a rociar con pintura o qué. Zona en contra de los pisos turísticos.

Very large place. The neighborhood.

The location was awful. It's a storefront converted into an apartment on the ground floor of a large, loud, public park with a dog run and an enormous playground. Do you want to wake up to or go to sleep to screaming children and barking dogs? Do you feel slightly strange entering a claustrophobic storefront with frosted windows in front of a little kid playing soccer? The address of the apartment is at the back of the listed address, which I think is misleading.

The apartment had everything needed for a short stay. Our 6 days felt a lot too long. We reported several maintenance issues to the management team who seemed quite proactive.

It has an entry door and glass wall at one end and no other natural light, which felt a bit exposed and claustrophobic. The bed was far too soft and we ended up taking the firmer mattress off the sofa bed. Everything felt a little used and tired but it would be good for a short stay.
