Nel periodo precedente all'arrivo, le comunicazioni sono avvenute tramite contatti telefonici e l'applicazione WhatsApp. Tuttavia, il giorno dell'arrivo siamo stati lasciati privi di qualsiasi indicazione riguardo la localizzazione dell'appartamento e le modalità di ritiro delle chiavi. Nonostante i numerosi tentativi di contatto effettuati (tramite messaggi e chiamate), non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta e il numero di telefono fornito è risultato costantemente irraggiungibile. Tale grave mancanza di assistenza ci ha causato la perdita totale del primo giorno di vacanza. Alle ore 18:00 ci siamo ritrovati nel centro di Bucarest, sotto la pioggia, costretti a cercare urgentemente una sistemazione alternativa per la notte. Questo spiacevole episodio ha compromesso seriamente l'inizio della nostra vacanza e ha generato un notevole disagio e stress. In the lead-up to our arrival, communication was regular via WhatsApp. However, on the day of arrival, we were left without any information regarding the apartment's location or how to collect the keys. Despite numerous attempts to contact them (via text messages and calls), we received no response, and the phone number provided was consistently unreachable. This serious lack of assistance caused us to completely lose the first day of our vacation. At 6:00 PM, we found ourselves in downtown Bucharest, in the rain, forced to urgently find alternative accommodations for the night. This unfortunate episode seriously compromised the start of our vacation and caused considerable inconvenience and stress.

Stunning apartment and interior and in a great central location.

The building itself is a little sketchy. I was travelling on my own and arrived late and when I arrived there were some creepy men hanging around the entrance so had to wait for them to eventually leave as I didn’t feel comfortable walking in on my own as the building is run down and a little scary at night. But beautiful apartment and oasis inside.

Die Unterkunft war in einer Top Lage, alles war super sauber und schön eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit dem Host hat extrem gut funktioniert!

Nothing really

The room is exactly as shown on pictures, brand new and fashionable, fully furnished and has everything necessary for a short stay. The check in process was easy (that was especially important since I arrived at 3am).

The only problem is noise. Although you can’t really hear the street noise (which is good), you hear sewerage system way too well. Not a big deal, but if you have light sleep, it might be something to consider
