Opal Gem Studio in Old Town

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, has everything you might need and the location is excellent.

Din pacate NU TE POTI ODIHNI din cauza zgomotelor: totul vibreaza cand urca si coboara liftul..se aude foarte tare usa la lift..in plus dis de dimineata se aude pe cimentul holului cum locatarii in varsta taraie cadre metalice sau carucioare ..Infiorator!..N-am putut inchide un ochi toata noaptea..Pacat ca apartamentul este superb in interior, dar n-as mai veni a doua oara aici!

Absolutely amazing place. The building itself is quite old but that’s because it’s bang in the middle of Old Town. It’s a truly great location with restaurants and attractions a mere stones’ throw away. The space itself is very thoughtful and functional. There is a laundry and dry rack which were good to have. The bed is great, and the lighting is too. Given that it is at the back of the building it is actually very quiet. The canopy of a tree is right outside which is wonderful although rendering natural light a tad damp.

The lights coming out of the WiFi box are akin to a new years fireworks show. Unbelievably bright and constantly flashing. I unplugged the WiFi every night before bed. I gave the hosts this feedback but given their response I wouldn’t count on this changing!

The property is so well put together, the cleanest, comfortable, on a quieter end of the old town, but yet on the street with all the restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were top notch. In all of our years of traveling, we’ve never had such a beautiful and comfortable apartment. Kudos to host! Well done! The host is also kind, polite and responsive. Wishing you all the best. You won’t find a better place than this in Bucharest so if it’s available, book it immediately.

Loved everything.

Everything was perfect. The appartmemt was more than pleasent and luxury. Easy to find and safe to stay, sitiated in the very hearth of the old town surrounded by many restaurant and bars and very close to Metro and bus station. Spacious, modern and very clean appartment equiped with all the needed amenities.
