"Our guests all said they would never stay here again."

Not much, the place was well below expectation.

- the place was poorly cleaned, the floor cleaner had a stench smell all week - dishes left in the dishwasher - no top sheets on beds - lack of towels - the blow up spa pool was half empty, not working so water was cold - place in general was in poor condition, the pictures overstate. This is not a luxury house at all, a run down property at best

"Awesome family holiday"

Loved the security of the property. loved it catered for children. loved the spa and how clean it was. Loved the space it had and the gate locked. The shower was amazing pressure and the beds were super comfy. it was close to everything we needed. the host was great

that the spa kept switching off

Location was perfect for us and our needs, near close family and shopping complex only 10 mins each way. Host very responsive to our queries and home was beautiful and well equipped and catered for our big group

We can't say there was anything we didn't like.
