MYEverything, the room, the view and of course the beach, Emerald Bay is as gorgeous as its name. The water os emerald gren and it is so clean and scenic.
The room was clean, everything functions appropriately, the food was good and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Tried a few restaurants in the resort and food was really not the best, considering that it is a private island and there are no other restaurant alternatives to choose from, you are stuck with the high resort food prices and “so so” food. Staff were super friendly though.

Dienstags und Donnerstag wird ein Foodmarket mit verschiedenen Gerichten pro Foodstall veranstaltet, der wunderbare lokale Küche aller in Malaysia vorkommenden Volksgruppen anbietet. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist beeindruckend vielfältig und man sitzt in tropischer und wunderbarer Atmosphäre direkt am Wasser. Das Personal ist immer beeindruckend freundlich um einen bemüht.
USStaff was very friendly and kind. Mountain room was beautiful and comfortable. The resort is absolutely beautiful.
Food choices were fairly limited. It would have been nice to have snacks served by the pool and beach.
