The staff always went the extra mile, in this clean&neat hotel. Breakfast was always special.

Downtown Areas around the property were not the best

The place was nearest to the civic centre,very clean ,the staff was brilliant, the beds are very comfortable. Thank you so much

The breakfast didn't meat my expectations. The coffee was bad and flow. Almost the same thing every day. Please include some cold meat and croissants. Just make a variety for us to choose from. Please improve your eggs are not nice and they don't ask how do we want them.

Bed was comfortable Breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was simple and tasty Had working air conditioning It’s well decorated looks very nice on the outside

On checking we had to pack our car outside property which felt unsafe because there was an event going on

Our rooms were too are part for family, I was not happy at all and also the one room was not the same as I chose from bookings
