I booked a large room of 430 ft2 with a private bathroom and a hot tub. The description on Booking.com specifically references how special the room is because of the hot tub. When we got there the bathroom was on the other side of the corridor. You have to leave your bedroom to get to the bathroom. And no hot tub. The separate bathroom was not acceptable to us so they moved us to a much smaller room with a very small bathroom. And of course no hot tub. But we still had to pay the same amount. This is completely unacceptable and the description of the rooms must be sorted out between Booking.com and the establishment.
