Heart of the City Homestay by Rashmi

I liked everything about our stay. From our first communication with Prakhar, I knew we found the right place. He was so attentive to our needs and always available. Then, when we arrived and found this beautiful, immaculately clean jem at the heart of the City, conveniently located in proximity to all the important sites, and still quiet. We have already booked our next stay there. Book it, you want regret it.

The property is fabulous! The room was spacious, newly furnished, and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts, including a water dispenser. The host was very kind and accommodating, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and cozy, and the building features a beautiful traditional structure with a lovely courtyard. It is also conveniently located near many sightseeing spots in the heart of Jaipur’s historical center. Prakhar is very responsive and assists with everything you might need. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet his two lovely and sweet dogs that occasionally pass through the courtyard (cuddles are mandatory!). Best stay in India so far

Very near and clean spacious room . Heart warming hospitality. Tasty food.

The name depicts the true nature of the property. Its truly in the heart of Jaipur City. Location is the true USP of the property. Key monuments are at walking distance. We have received a very warm welcome and have found the experience very moving. Room is very comfortable and the breakfasts really delicious.

Everything was perfect during the stay. The room is very clean and comfortable, I emphasize the cleanliness of the place; delicious breakfast; Prakhar, the host was always available and helped us as much as he could; We have nothing bad to say about the place. the wifi worked perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect in the old city itself, close to everything and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The environment is very safe and you don't get scared by the noise of the street, the rooms are silent. I would definitely stay at this place again

The breakfast was a good start to the day. The proprietor was extremely helpful and being connected to him via WhatsApp was both very useful and reassuring. He always replied to my enquiries. He arranged a taxi to Agra stopping at the step well. I always felt that my belongings were safe and secure. The central quad area was cool and relaxing with nesting birds. All our needs were takencare of including a split seam in my only pair of trousers! The location is very good for visiting many of the local landmarks which are within walking distance. I prefer a firm mattress and I found the beds extremely comfortable and the pillows supported my head well to ensure a great nights sleep. Drinking water was provided, both cooled and hot. The shower temperature was easy to control and the shower/toilet was fitted to a high standard.

As the streets are so narrow and businesses encroach onto the streets, taxis cannot obtain access to the homestay, so the drop-off/pickup points is 5-10 minutes walk away. For most, this will not be an issue but for others, it could. While there was plenty of street food places, there were not so many good restuarants in the area - though I do recomment Doctor Alone which is a rooftop cafe with a not very obvious entrance - but very much worth tracking down.

Everything was perfect here. It is a great place to rest and recharge your batteries after intensive sightseeing. The homestay is very clean, safe, with very comfortable beds and it's so silent in the room you can truly relax. Rashmi is very helpful, he orders food for his guests, takes care of them and helps with whatever the problem is. And you can easily walk to the palace complex.

A little hard on find but once you arrive it’s like an oasis. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Prakhar is very helpful. Best place I’ve stayed yet in India.
