Royal Cocoon - Nuwara Eliya

En proximité de centre-ville, cet hôtel est figé dans le temps sans pour autant avoir être entretenu. L’hôtel dispose d’un beau parc entretenu et fleuri. La chambre est correcte avec un lit confortable ainsi qu’une salle de bain bien équipée.

Manque d’entretien en général, le petit dej est décevant, le personnel est aléatoire dans son attitude, la laundry est très chère.

Beautiful property set in stunning gardens! The beds were, by far, the most comfortable we’ve had on our trip and having hot water in the shower was a real treat. The staff were attentive and incredibly kind to us. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Staying here was certainly the highlight of our trip. The friendliest, most helpful hotel staff I have encountered so far, very polite and accommodating at each turn. The interior and the garden view perfectly captured the colonial style and natural beauty people come to see in Nuwara Eliya, and we did not find that authenticity in any other hotel. The breakfast was fresh, filling and delicious! And I truly admire the quality of the bedroom, in terms comfort, cleanliness and beauty, it was the perfect combination! My only regret is not staying one more night. Would recommend to any one looking for a memorable stay.

What a glorious stay at Royal Cocoon Nuwara Eliya! I can’t thank Sevin and Chef Raminda enough for their kindness, hospitality, and support throughout my stay. They were incredibly helpful with local information and truly made my visit memorable. The hotel is set in a peaceful location with stunning, well-maintained gardens that create a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from for both breakfast and dinner. The curries, in particular, were rich and full of flavor. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially loved the bed- it gave me some of the best nights of sleep I’ve had on this trip.

部屋とバスルームがとても広く清潔でした。また朝食もとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切で、日本語が少し話せる方もいたので安心しました。朝は鳥の囀りで目覚めました。とても素敵な滞在と目覚めをありがとうございました。
