Beautiful colonial style building and interior. Attentive staff and very good breakfast.

The room can get very cold at night, shower goes hot and cold, the lighting is lacking in the room.

Mr Sevin,Mr Raminda and all the other staff,super nice people.

Stray dogs outside the hotel.

Beautifully restored hotel in a great location close to Victoria Park.The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Not a dislike but it’s an old building and facilities are in need of some tlc. That has to be noted. But for the price it’s a great experience to see how the British lived in Nuwara Eliya.

We didn’t book the hotel with breakfast as we planned to explore and try local food nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the water heater worked well. The garden is truly beautiful — a big plus when travelling with kids, as it gives them space to run around instead of staying inside the room all the time. The accommodation itself has a lovely style, and the location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Victoria Park, the Old Post Office, and the Grand Hotel, making it very easy to get around the city on foot.

Very attentive staff in an authentic bungalow. Excellent food in on site restaurant which has to be ordered in advance. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

It was cold. Not the hotels fault but some heating is required in the common areas. A blow heater was provided for our room which we kept on constantly which was fine.

De gastvrijheid en service waren uitstekend. Het bed lag heerlijk en fijne kamer.
