"Perfect break in great location"

Excellent location and great views of pier and the sea. The sleeping accommodation was good, very comfortable. Utensils and crockery more than adequate unlike some places.

The chairs in the lounge are not the most comfortable. Everything else was great.

"A lovely little holiday apartment, with everything you could need, in a perfect position."

The location was excellent, we could see the sea from our windows - what more could we ask for? There was everything we needed in the little kitchen area, which was clean and compact. The beds were comfortable and the en suites were the icing on the cake for two friends having a much longed for weekend away.

I do not want to talk about things I did not like - I thought everything was lovely and would be perfect for two couples. There is far too much complaining in this world!

"A wonderful 3 nights in Southwold"

Location excellent, and the house was sparkling clean, which was a treat. We loved the house and the convenience of its position. Beds comfortable and it was very well equipped.

Parking was sometimes difficult during the day but it was never a problem in the evenings.
