The location was excellent and the beds really comfortable. The layout is perfect for 2 couples sharing.

Lack of recycling facilities and no sky sports.

The location of this little flat is great. Near to the town and the sea. An easy walk to the pier. The bed was really comfortable (I do like a firm mattress) and the shower was great. There's no bath, and the 2nd ensuite was much smaller. The equipment was of good quality.

As others have said, it's a dark little flat. We were comfy as a couple, but it would be very cosy for 4 adults. The sofa is not one to curl up on, but it's as it is on the photo and is adequate. There are only 2 rings on the hob so only good for breakfast. But who would need to cook with Southwold on your doorstep?

The location was fantastic and easy to park outside.

Very comfortable ground floor apartment. Well equipped, comfortable beds and two bathrooms, perfect for two couples or a family. Great location, 5 minute walk to the pier and shops.

Location and cleanliness

Outside of block being renovated. Large piece of plastic noisily blowing during night.

Perfect location by the beach and pier. Quiet and peaceful. Well equipped and very clean. Good size and comfortable beds plus good quality bedlinen. Near to town/high street/restaurants and children's playpark.

It was noted that the Bedroom One ensuite would be updated at some time in the future. The plumbing needs attention as soon as possible.

Close to beach. Large rooms.

The living room was shielded from the street by a curtain that was too narrow so they were had no real privacy. Parking nearby difficult.

Great location, Beach just across the road and shops 10min walk, Pier 10min walk, everything in walking distance. Place itself, has everything you need, comfortable beds, and well equipped.
