Lovely Room within 5 mins walk to Stoke Train Station with Double and Single room

I never got to property as no place at the postcode given. Then I got a message saying this property unavailable. So I had to book hotel and now I want refund

Absolutely nothing!

This property was absolutely disgusting. There was no heating or hot water because the boiler was broken, leaking water into a bucket all night. I was freezing and unable to sleep because the boiler made an unbearable, loud rumbling noise throughout the night. To make matters worse, the bedding was filthy, and I had to pay to use a nearby gym just to take a shower every day. The facilities were completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard. In over 10 years of using Booking.com, this is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the misery—pay a little more and stay somewhere decent!

He lied, no heating, unsafe. We left in 10 minutes because the owner was rude. Booking.com didn't help and still not received refund. I need compensation for ruining my tour.

Hated everything Very dirty

Nice little room on a terraced house, use of kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and kettle. Bathroom with shower at the rear of the house. Self service check on and out. Convenient for Stoke-on-Trent rail station and Hanley bus station.

Area is not fantastic,but then this is Stoke-on-Trent. Need a car parking permit to park on the street.
