Brindley Place 3 rooms flat

Great location to visit Lego Discovery and Sealife as just 5 min walking distance away. Was great stay for me and my Friend with 3 young kids, as where able to do our own food and had most home comforts

Just to be aware that you need to pay for clear air emissions and also book parking through owner as otherwise carpark is double the price.

Just sink in a different room to the toilet

It's location is at the city centre. Affordable with good value for money. My host is a great person and put a face to the services. A very supportive host.

Beds, couch and toilet could have been higher as we are seniors. Tub could use a bar for support as well as a tub mat. Artificial or no plants. Fortunately we are nature lovers and were willing to water them. Porch needs to be cleaned up. A long handle broom is needed.

Convenience of location. Easy parking. Plenty of room in the flat. It was well equipped, with a good telly and wifi. Very good value

The beds and sofa were not very comfortable. The flat was not completely clean, for example, the cooker hood was full of grease and 3 of the hob jets did not work as the holes were blocked. It was very warm in the flat - some people would love this, but it was uncomfortable for us

This place was quite deceptive, the outside block was quite non descript but inside the flat was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. It was a straightforward 20 minute walk to the Bullring. My friend particularly appreciated the Yorkshire teabags provided amongst the little touches. The landlord was very helpful when we got a bit lost and confused over parking.

Excellent location and great value

Price was great for what you got and the location was perfect, will definitely be staying again and recommending to friends and family, living room was very cosy. Apartment was bigger than I thought. Also great communication with owner, very friendly and helpful😊
