Brindley Place 3 rooms flat

The first thing you notice is it smells so clean and homely. Spacious flat, nice private space to relax with a colleague and catch up. Perfect location for the ICC. Check out couldn’t be simpler. Responsive, welcoming and helpful host.

The communal building looks a bit run down, but everyone I met was friendly and polite. It is very central so you hear the usual city noise like emergency vehicles but it’s far enough away from bars and pubs.

Great communication with the owner who was extremely accommodating with our arrival time.

Kitchen items could do with a little updating.

Near city centre, quiet location, good public transport, easy parking, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with washing machine

It’s a little dated, but great value

Everything needed to make the family stay comfortable was available and easily accessible.

Though I would have preferred that the TV was located in the living room, but it didn’t really make much difference.

A lovely apartment in a good location, very clean and the owner was very helpful and repsonded quickly to messages.

Wish we would've had a TV to watch the Euros :(
