The location and the view is great the building itself is great and modern we stayed at 902

Not clean at all and when we went in we were shocked by the smell of the main bathroom we needed to buy bleach and detergent and air freshener just to make our stay possible, the furniture is overused and need deep cleaning or renewal, all the windows carries the hand and forehead print of the previous residents and this felt very bad as it ruined the greatest advantage of this apartment: the view! We sent a feedback about the cleanliness and the promised to send someone to clean next say but no one came and they didn’t bother to follow up. There were no cleaning tools like mob or vacuum cleaner to use to clean it yourself, also no detergent no soap no shampoo no toilet paper !
