This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Kingfisher Vacation III 6 Berth 3 bedrooms Close to site entrance in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 75 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Caravan was spotless,well equipped, super comfy beds

The only issue we had was the heating the bedrooms were lovely and warm but the living room was constantly cold towards the night we tried everything to get the fire to work it just wouldn't work kept turning itself off after a few mins tried numerous times just wouldn't work.
