Amazing Recently Rehabbed STL Unit in Prime Soulard Location 713a

The neighbourhood was beautiful, old but beautiful. Very roomy and had everything we needed to feel like home but salt and pepper 😁 everything worked in the home, we also used the washer and dryer and they worked perfectly. We had plenty of towels and blankets

1. The things I liked about my (our) stay was that the house was convenient as for location. We came to a national skate party and this location was perfect. 2. I was able to communicate with the owner or the person who oversees this property, responded in a timely manner. The house was spacious and welcoming

Just minor cosmetics that the house needs

I Like the big room upstairs with the 4 queens all closets was decent size with bathoom.. full closet mirror in the double bed room was nice.i like the balcony off the bunk bed room.bathroom sink were new nice big refrigerator Owner was very quick to respond whenever a message was sent,floor was new & nice.i didn't get a complaint my kids were screaming on the game so soundproof which is always nice .dumber right outside building so don't have to go far House set up was nice EXCEPT the stairs .Would I book again possibly for the price I paid No

Only one parking spot if u have more cars u have to find street parking or pay for off site parking ..the stairs to the apartment and in the apartment to the big room hated them if you have bad knees,small kids, carrying a lot of stuff this not for you .only.one TV in the apartment that's in the living room. Washer n dryer is in the basement not technically in the unit.Dont like one way in & out the apartment.Shower upstairs water hot if you love hot water this for you..do not put to kids in there! Should offer extra towels

The house was dirty, towels on the floor , beds not made rooms not cleaned , the couch was dirty we had to buy little blankets to put on them and linen for the beds. The oven was gross and there was a smell in the kitchen like something had died in there. there was no follow up cleaning thereafter of all the days of our stay. parent had a minor asthmatic attach because of the dirty environment. i would not recommend this property to anyone of my friends or relatives.

Location was convenient to driving downtown. There was a lot of space. Management was easy to contact and helpful.

There were some items in need of maintenance.

The location was great, and there was a neighborhood market a couple blocks down the road that was super convenient.

It was dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, the furniture and couches were uncomfortable stained and cheap, there were mice who rated the food on the countertop nightly and the bathrooms were remodeled poorly.

I like how it was exceptionally clean and updated. The location in proximity to restaurants and bars. How quaint and quiet it was. It is truly a home away from home

There was nothing that I didn't like about it.

The area and location was great. We did everything and went every place we wanted to do and never had to drive no more than 20 miles.

The only thing we didn't care for was the amount of stairs we had to climb. But it's the way it was built and there was nothing they could do about that.
