Amazing Recently Rehabbed STL Unit in Prime Soulard Location 713a

The house is really spacious hence able to accommodate my group. Most importantly, it’s very clean, cozy, and very complete.

Great location for soulard wedding!

Parking was a little tight, but it was there!!

The beds were comfortable. Great price! Room for our whole group. They did only have 1 designated parking spot but we were able to park on the street in front of the place. There is a nice bar and grill we ate at just up the block.

I liked that it was spacious and fit my whole family for sleeping purposes.

Cleanliness could have been A LOT better. We had to clean the entire kitchen before cooking. Also lacked utensils and items to cook. Very little silverware. At least one item per person able to stay there would have been nice. Parking was also very difficult and the neighbors were VERY rude. Yelled at us the moment we pulled up about parking and we parked in the marked spot.

Property was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for guests. Beds were very comfortable and everything was as expected. Plenty of off street parking for guests. Felt safe coming and going throughout the night. Would definitely stay at this property again.

One designated parking spot was very tight to get into but was fine.
