Absolutely noisy. It’s the nosiest night in my life. I woke up at least 25 times throughout the whole night as there’s 0 sound proof and the main road is extremely noisy. Sleeping pill plus noise cancellation device still woke up tons of time

I had the worst stay ever!! I think the host is totally irresponsible and the property is shit. on the day I arrive, in the morning I received a WhatsApp message from the host informing me this property i booked is damaged & they will upgrade me to another better hotel which is at different location - bayshore 2, unit 6k. I saw the photo it looks bad but he assured me its much better and comes with a massage chair. I reluctantly accepted the change. when I arrive to check in, no proper info was given to me on how to check in. host only told me to look for the guard & share my name & unit. I thought he will give us the key but the guard know nothing. Luckily we have some local friends with us and manage to contact the host after a long time and only was told key is in the property. this is unacceptable. checked in, and many problems arise. 1) property is dirty, it felt like no one stayed before after renovation was done 2) everything is wrapped up, we have to find our own cable, extension and even set up the massage chair ourselves. 3) the lights & tv fuse suddenly burnt and we have to stay in the dark in the living room. 4) heater is not working!!! we had to take cold shower evryday 5) WiFi is not working!!! even they gave us the password (which was only given after our first night stay) , the modem is not even working overall, as a longtime customer of booking.com, I am utterly disappointed in this stay. I am questioning did booking.com actually properly verify the property. I am fortunate its only a 2 night stay. but this is unacceptable. thanks.

The AC for the living room wasn’t working and they said somebody will fix it but it wasn’t fix until we checked out,
