FIThe view from room 1809 is wonderful. The pool and the gym is good. Good place to stay with family. Safe parking for 200php per day. About 1km walk to shopping center.

Not enough towels, including hand towels. Nearby construction work going on. Blocked shower drain which made the washroom flood badly.

PHThis is the second time we have returned to this hotel but this time with my husband for our honeymoon , Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was particularly comfortable. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city, What an excellent and enjoyable stay! The combination of great location, responsive service, and a comfortable room made this a memorable retreat because besides being close to everything like the mall and airport. I felt like we were at home and that's what my husband want. and the host is very helpful when we have small requests and is very accommodating and friendly. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for those who like the homey ambiance of the hotel.
