US"Luxury" is in the eye of the beholder, right? 😅 The property's just... standard. If this is luxury, I'm curious what they'd call "basic" 😂. Host might want to adjust their description. Disappointing experience. Property didn't match listing. Wrong address provided, size was way off (104 sqm vs <75 sqm), essentials missing, and mattresses were uncomfortable. 'Free pool access' meant swimming in algae 😷. Host made excuses about booking system. Not worth it.
AUThe location was fantastic, with the added convenience of being within easy walking distance to Okada, making it very accessible for dining and entertainment. The staff at the reception were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant and comfortable
The air-conditioning in the lounge was leaking, and the air-conditioning in the main bedroom was not cooling properly. As a result, we had to change our plans and remain at the accommodation for half a day to accommodate repair technicians. Unfortunately, even after the visit, the air-conditioning in the main bedroom still did not effectively cool the room. The ensuite bathroom did not have a shower curtain, which meant we had to shower while kneeling in the bathtub to prevent water from splashing onto the floor. It also would have been helpful if bath mats had been provided. Overall, the accommodation was advertised as luxurious, but based on our experience, this did not fully align with the reality. That said, the location was fantastic.
