Luxury Hotel near City of Dreams, Solaire, NAIA, and MOA - City of Bridge

Was moved to another property because the one we booked was not available, so I cant really rate this property. Only good thing was the location

Again can’t comment on the room we were supposed to have but the other location I can comment it had cockroaches, no hand wash and shampoo and body wash. Car space we had to change every night, it was like musical chairs to get a spot, not sure why the unit does not have a dedicated parking space.Communication was poor - it was so so and at times no responsive and worried us if this was legit. The view was nice and that was it.

Das Rezeptionspersonal war nicht freundlich. Wir mussten lange aufs Zimmer warten und durften in der Zwischenzeit den Pool nicht benutzen. Zudem war es nicht sauber und die Betten wurden nicht neu bezogen, es war alles sehr zerknitter, als hätte schon jemand darin geschlafen. Standort war schwirig zu finden

The room was spacious

It was not enough to host 9 people. The extra beds were broken so was unable to use. There was a leak in the hot water valve on the en suite so unable to use the hot water for shower. There was not enough blankets for the remaining 7 guests. Only just the duvet on the 2 bedrooms. No iron/ironing board.

The apartment space suits a big family. The bldg security and staff are all very accommodating and polite. The air conditioner and water heater as well as water pressure are all great. Wifi connection is okay. Toiletries like shampoo, body wash and toothbrush were provided. 2 small water bottles were provided as well for free.

The location can be tricky even if pinned on maps. As the property is along the main road so it is easy to miss. All guests who visited got lost one way or the other. The apartment is enjoyably huge but not as clean as expected. It would have been better if a deep clean every time guests leave is done. I booked for 6 people and there are only 4 pillows with cases. I asked for extra pillow cases because there are extra pillows in the wardrobe and there was none, saying its sent for laundry. The extra bedspread in the wardrobe does not look clean as well, with stains, etc. The washing machine and another machine is there but are in Mandarin which proves difficult to use. Same with the sockets. Make sure to bring an international adaptor, this can be highly useful. Bring your utensils and kitchen whatnots if you plan to stay long term. The bathroom window were plastered with styro covers, and the towel racks were taped, which can confuse you if its safe to use or you might break it. Since the location is along the main road, you can hear the train and traffic, so if you are sensitive to noise, this can be a bit of a challenge. Five of us got sick after a day or two of checking out.

Near the airport. The place is layed out nicely. It was great for 6 people. More than that can be a problem. (We have 8 in our group.)

After reading from other guests that their original bookings got canceled due to property damage or issue- same thing happened to my booking. Check out is 11:00-11:30, but mind you by 11:01 people are already knocking on your door to leave.

The properly is well located near the airport and easy access. Beautiful neat rooms and on the top floor. Very clean and well maintained. We visited with a family of 5 and were very comfortable: we are extremely happy with our stay. The owner was great at communicating with us to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
