Nice residential location, great house. The interiors of every room were very pretty and tastefully done. The attic was my favourite place. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything one might need to cook a meal. Ben was great with his communication and helpfulness. Highly recommend.

Well kitted out, great location, very comfortable beds. Lovely decor, clean, perfect for a self-catering family holiday in the Lakes.

Very little to complain about. The sofa was a bit hard but met our needs really well.

Comfy house, good location and had everything we needed.

The house was comfy and clean. Location was a bit tricky but was clearly demonstrated. Every little detail that you may need during your stay was also throughly explained before arrival and Ben was rapidly responsive when needed. The kids loved their room and were surprised with the board games they found so that was a bonus. Only few things need improving and heads up, the iron has a broken sharp part that I sadly didn't notice and it ended up tearing my dress while using it. There weren't any tissues in the house except for the toilet paper. The heating system in the living room and kitchen was very weak, it was really cold downstairs but all rooms upstairs were warm and fine. Last thing, the bathroom sink has the old-style separate taps for hot and cold water which wasn't comfortable to use especially with kids.

Very convenient for our needs, visiting friends locally.

It was a lovely quiet location, and all the facilities we would want. It was a really cosy place and we loved spending the weekend there. Our daughter especially loved the place, and it was pet friendly which was a real bonus. The host was really attentive and helpful.
