Ontbijt niet van toepassing

Het badwater werd niet warm genoeg om in bad te kunnen en had juiste deze duurdere kamer met bad geboekt. Dat kan gebeuren, maar ik heb de locatie 2 weken de kans gegeven om daarop te reageren, maar dat is niet gebeurd. Dus mijn klacht is niet opgelost.

Het buitenterras

De toegewezen hotel kamer 1.8 bleek een enorme aanfluiting, de gordijnenrails bleek stuk, waardoor wij het gordijn niet konden sluiten, het gordijn hing er ook maar wat bij. Het magnetronplateau, zat onder het vet en kruimels. Ter hoogte van de koelkast lag er op chocolademelkachtige substantie op de vloer. De dienstdoende "manager" heeft zijn excuses aangeboden, maar kon ons ook geen alternatief aanbieden. Alle kamers waren geboekt, dus konden wij wel ons geld terug krijgen. Maar dat moet via Booking.com geregeld worden.
