Room is full of cockroaches, on the bed, in the bathroom on the walls. Even rats somewhere We changed 4 Rooms. Very unclean. Worst experience

Just the location only

- booking was for deluxe triple. What given was a room that could hardly termed as a double, with no space around to manoeuvre. - for two of us, towel wasn’t in place. After repeatedly asking for and waiting until 11:00pm we got a single piece. - the receptionist ran away from the seat to avoid our ‘disgust’ - The hygiene level is pathetic; cockroaches were seen. In short it seemed they aren’t serious at all abt the business at this property.

Subject: Urgent: Complaint Regarding Poor Housekeeping and Fraudulent Practices Dear [Hotel: Townhouse Oak JVH Hotel, Mysore Road Metro Station, Banglore], I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from [29th July 2024] to [31st July 2024]. My experience was significantly marred by least standard housekeeping and what I believe to be fraudulent practices. Firstly, the housekeeping services were unacceptable. On multiple occasions, my room was not cleaned properly. For instance, [provide specific examples, e.g., "the bathroom was left uncleaned with hair in the sink, and the bed linens were not changed throughout my stay"]. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the front desk, no corrective action was taken, and the problems persisted. We must purchase water bottles from the hotel (MRP bottle 10 Ruppess Hotel Selling at 30 Ruppes). We can't bring outside bottles or food to the hotel. Moreover, I am deeply concerned about what I perceive as fraudulent practices at your establishment. Specifically, [provide details, e.g., "No Gym facility. Gym Exists in Brochure"]. When I inquired about these charges, I received vague responses and no satisfactory resolution. Given these issues, I kindly request a full investigation into the housekeeping lapses. I liked the fraudulent attitude of the hostel staff toward the guests. 1. Bathroom mirror broken 2. No Cleanliness in the room. 3. No housekeeping for room cleaning. 4. Very arrogant behaviour for bringing outside water and food. 5. Telephone (intercom) is broken. 6. The gate is broken. 7. AC not working 8 Fake amenities such as GYM!!! I WANT REFUND !!!
