Townhouse Oak JVH Hotel Bangalore

Absolutely nothing. First thoughts were to book another hotel

Everything. Not clean (under the bed had waste bottles, dust like the place had not been cleaned in years ) , poor service (no one cared enough to sort anything out such as the ac remote had no battery, shower was broken the handle came off), half the room the is broken ( the water goes into the sink and comes out the side on to the floor),wall plugs) The bathroom had a really bad odour. They also don’t let u order food from outside u can only order the food they make at the restaurant below. The fridge had flies in it.

Nothing at all.

Staffs are not co operative , i struggled a lot to find the room , and the lift on the lobby is not working , nobody helped me find the room , and coridore was too dark at that time , they were not providing any proper illumination to the coridore , its a bit scary to find my room , and the stay also is not good, Room not cleaned properly the tap and everything inthe washroom is not working properly , many more scary things happens to me while staying in that room , unconforting noices while sleeping, scary feelings , i do not recoment anyone this hotel . Stay on your own risk , and god bless you guys.
