"Lovely comfortable modern apartment"

The Apartment is really nice. It is quite sizeable and is very clean. There are two caretakers that cover the whole block and are very helpful. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the lounge has a modern Wi-Fi connected TV. The apartment is a short taxi ride away from the town but the caretaker can order a tuk tuk for you.

Lovely clean apartment. Nice view from balcony. Lovely and helpful staff.Very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Very roomy.. Safe parking.Toiletries supplied nice fluffy white towels. Comfortable bed.

one of the most clean apartment in Sri Lanka! Very well equipped, big and great location, king size beds with separate bathrooms in each room with hear-drier!

it didn’t spoil our expression, but still include please heater into price. it was very cold whole day)) we asked Babu for heater - 5 dollars per night and it is yours)))

Facilities were as described. Cleaned and accurate as per photos

There was a miscommunication between the owner and I. However it was quickly resolved as it was a booking.com issue. Would be great if there was a printed leaflet of the basics like wifi password etc. Also, having a foreign number might lead to user confusion, having a local phone number to call and receive the key would be great as no one was there when we went. Staff also were confused about which apartment was booked and wanted to see photos of the place that I had booked which I found odd.
