Piso con habitaciones compartidas. Cada una con su llave individual que aporta seguridad. Limpio y con las comodidades necesarias. Bien comunicado con transporte público y justo en frente hay un centro comercial.

La limpieza, ubicacion, a media hora andando de la plaza de españa y la cama grande.

La segunda cama, el calor que se acumula

The proximity to the exhibition center, the price, and the presence of a café / bar just outside the building made this an ideal place to stay during MWC26. The bed was comfortable, if a little narrow compared to the bed I use at home. Check-in, along with access to the building, the apartment, and the room, was straightforward, secure and efficient.

Having to use a shared bathroom / toilet was not ideal, but apart from having to leave my room and go to the shared bathroom several times each night (its an age thing!!), I managed. Fortunately the other occupants and I were apparently on different timings, so our use of the bathroom didn't clash.

The apartment was not ready when we reached at 3pm. I was told it would be ready after 2 hours. The apartment was vert small for 2 people to stay in with belongings. The bathroom was to be shared with others and this information was not provided in the booking. I would like to get a refund.

Wir haben mit meiner Tochter in März 2026 ein sehr kleines Zimmer spontan gebucht. Die Wohnung hat mehrere Zimmer und zwei separate gemeinschaftliche Bäder und eine gemeinschaftliche Küche. Wir haben das Zimmer zum Schlafen, Duschen, Frühstück und Nachtsnacks genutzt. Es gab alles Notwendige/ Grundausstattung wie Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Lebensmittel wie Zucker, Öl, Salz und vieles mehr, Toilettenpapier, Seife...., Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Kühlschrank.... WLAN gabs kostenlos im Zimmer. Das Personal haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, aber per Email und sogar WhatsApp als hilfsbereit, schnell und freundlich erlebt. Das Personal hat mich bei unserem spontanen Trip ( dienstags abends gebucht mittwochs um 16:00 in der Wohnung) nach Barcelona von Anfang der Buchung bis zur Ausreise unterstützt. Sie haben mir schnell geantwortet und auch selbständig ihre Hilfe angeboten. Einchecken war nicht kompliziert und z.B. Smartkey für mich war etwas neues, jedoch nichts kompliziertes. Es wurde uns alles step bei step auf Englisch beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut von Flughafen sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit Metro zu erreichen. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es ein großes Lebensmittelgeschäft Mercadona und eine Bäckerei. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum. In der Nähe gibt es Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen, sodass man gut und problemlos alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Meer erreichen konnte. Somit war der 5 tätige spontan Trip wundervoll., wofür wir uns auch nochmals bei den Vermietern bedanken wollen.

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln, da es dem Preisverhältnis meiner Meinung nach übereinstimmt. Zum Vermerk möchte ich sagen, dass das gemeinschaftliche Nutzen des Bades und der Küche sollte bei Buchung mitbedacht werden.
