地點離我們出差的地方很近,走路即可到. 有廚房.洗衣機.烘乾機.無線網路.可使用. 附近亦有家樂福賣場可採購食材. 很方便. 離地鐵站也不遠.要出遊也很方便.

浴室需和其它住客共用. 馬桶有點問題. 按壓的故障.所以需用手動拉扯馬桶水箱內-白色中心軸做沖水, 另外, 洗手台下方水管似乎會漏水, 所以水會跑到地面上.所以浴室會較濕滑. 需小心. 廚房的瓦期爐點火,需借助打火機或火柴去點火, 這去年1月去住時,就有此狀況, 一年後還是未改善. 且廚房沒有備打火機或火柴 . 還需要自己跑去商店買. 建議可改善.

Que tuviera tanto el metro y ferrocarril a 400m y que no tuviéramos que quedar a una hora exacta con el dueño, hicimos el checkin online y a través de unos códigos conseguimos acceder a la casa

El que los baños y cocina fueran comunitarios, era incomodo si querías salir a media noche al baño o ir a la cocina. Estaría bien una pequeña nevera.

"For 2 night its good,"

We have a problem with our room, others guests "steal" keys from our room. We stay in the room with private bathroom and thats really bad... dirty shower... we were glad, that next day we can use shared bathroom, because, shared bathroom was better quality and it was clean. One from telephone numbers doesnt work. Other manager of appartment was very helpful, and he tries to fix our situacion as soon as possible.

some guests "steal" keys from our room, we were moved in the other room with dirty bathroom. Bad transport in the night by trains from pl. Espanya - about 2,5 kilometres from Pl.Espanya Towels smell bad and little bit dirty...
