Entire First Floor Apartment - Central Plymouth

There were not enough chairs or clean towels.

Property was great to be honest, we are a family of 4 and the space was great. It’s nothing fancy or pretentious just a nice place to stay and it is very close to the city centre

Not much I didn’t like about the property, although it is advertised as free parking and that is not really the case as you need a permit between 12 & 3pm for the residents zone, so unless you’re in your car the entire time you will need to find alternative parking which you will need to pay for.

Küche, Zimmeraudteilung

Betten waren schlecht, Matratze sehr hünstig und unbequem und auch Bettdecke viel zu schwer Rollos alles kaputt, Küchenutensilien viel zu wenig..

Bedden

Niet genoeg stoelen in keuken, niet genoeg messen, vorken en lepels. Woonkamer omgebouwd naar slaapkamer.

Quite literally nothing, the area is disgusting. It's not convenient to the town. It was dirty, dingy, stank of cigarettes. Rubbish left everywhere hadn't been cleaned. Awful

Worst stay we have ever encountered with booking.com the black mould was the last straw.

Das wird schwierig… zumindest die Betten waren frisch bezogen.

Code für Schlüssel-Box wurde erst nach Einschalten von Booking und damit zu spät mitgeteilt. Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht, aber es war Besteck, Geschirr und Handtücher nur für 3 Personen da. Der Backofen und der Fernseher waren defekt. Die Duschwanne war defekt, der Rand verschimmelt. Auch die Waschmaschine war nicht nutzbar, da verschimmelt. Der Trockner ging ebenfalls nicht. Annähernd alle Möbel fielen beim Berühren auseinander. Wände waren zerkratzt und mit Löchern übersäht. In einem Schlafzimmer war ein abgeschnittenes Stromkabel, was frei hing. Keine Ahnung, ob da Strom drauf war. Die Rollos waren zerrissen, die Gardine halb abgerissen… man könnte hier noch lang aufzählen…

It was central for everything

The property is advertised with garden views but these don’t exist at the back. We were only told when we arrived that the oven and tv were not working. Nothing was done to put this right during our stay. Some windows were stiff, wouldn’t open or close. Curtains in front bedroom tied together so couldn’t open or fully close. I couldn’t see a smoke detector or carbon monoxide monitor. The only place to watch tv is in the front bedroom . A tv would be useful in the kitchen/diner.
