Entire First Floor Apartment - Central Plymouth

Good value for money, large and near the train station which was very convenient. It was clean and had all you need.

TV not working but otherwise great

Quiet spacious and comfortable overall. Clean throughout.

Needs a bit of TLC just some small basic things to bring the property up to standard but would stay again given the price.

Location was good

Mattresses were old and very uncomfortable, didn't get any sleep instead got a back ache. Towels were old and not fresh. Oven was dirty (grease on the bottom) and not working properly. Many things were broken or damaged for example the TV, wooden chair in the kitchen. We informed the owner about the mattresses and towels but he didn't attempt to try and resolve the issues.

Broken bed frame I have to sleep on floor . No water available in the toilet. Broken windows no handles cold air coming inside Not sound proof .only one towel given which is old not fresh.broken curtains light coming inside room. No iron ,no tissues available .rubbish and condems found under in the drawers

The property was immaculate, very spacious and Maz the owner was vey responsive to messages. We came to Plymouth for my son’s Pass out parade and the location was perfect for the town and to get to Torpoint.
