The peaceful surroundings are truly rejuvenating. The food was amazing—every meal was a treat—and we were well taken care of by Shafi, Royal whose hospitality made the stay even more special. A truly memorable experience for those looking to unwind in nature.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was delicious and exceeded expectations every time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Shaffi, who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The entire property is surrounded by lush forest and set within a beautiful cardamom estate, which adds a unique charm and a sense of peace you rarely find elsewhere. There's plenty of open space to walk around and relax, making it an ideal spot to unwind. One of the things I appreciated most was how remote and quiet the location was—completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s a perfect place to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and rejuvenating escape!

It was standard fare. Nothing too great.

There was a cat caged in a bird house and huskies in cramped kennels. That was cruel on part of the owners.

The property is in midst of a forest and is absolutely tranquil. The location will disconnect from the outside world. Ideal for a big group or 4 couples. The staff led by Shafi is amazing. Royal is another name would like to mention. Excellent stay.

The washroom fittings could be changed. The approach to property is tricky.

My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at 31st December farms. From the off-road jeep ride to the property to the delicious food at the restaurant everything was perfect. The cottage itself was the best place we stayed on our whole trip in India. Thank you to Shafi and all the staff at 31st December farms. Will definitely say again.

Delicious food and amazing views; in my opinion, much better than the tea plantations in Munnar.

The rooms are a bit noisy, but this can be easily fixed with door thresholds and seals.

The place is loanely and silent. The government road to the loacation is well maintained. The location as visible from the main road is good. Th ambience inside is also ok. The grass cover in the court yard of the premises is artificial and is well maintained.

I travelled with my wife expecting a warm atmosphere with privacy. But the place was too loanely with no fellow customers. We were the only people who were in the entire premises. This is amidst cardamom plantation. We were under the impression that there is a park facility for the resort which is secuire. But there is no parking yard for the property instead we had to park on the main road side (too small place to park a car) and had to travel over 2 kms to reach the property through muddy and rough rocky roads using the mahindra Jeep provided by the resort. But as the place was loanely and did not have much staff to provide support we never felt like staying there in a loanely atmosphere amidst non native staff. The linen and bed spreads were a bit aged (slightly yellowish colour) and showed aging. The bath facility seems to be idling with out much use for at least a week as it had a foul smell when opened. The bath facility had a glass roof with a view to the exterior which again raised some privacy concerns.The restaurant facility also was not active as the place did not have customers. we quit the place without staying there too long (within half an hour after checking in) sensing an insecurity in the area. The thrill of journey was spoiled due to this bad experience. The resort in charge Mr Shafi was operating from a distance and we spoke to him on quitting the place. We have paid the entire Rs. 6880/- vide google pay to the account of December 31st Farms and Resorts in advance a day back of checking in and the said amount was in vein. The restaurant did not refund any money so far.
