Totally oversold on website. First night in ancillary bungalow room. Tired and no love. Second night in main bungalow, which was better. Good coffee However, friendliness of staff make up for a lot

Misleading presentation on website / booking.com. First night room terrible Dining room sad Food reasonable but no more Location way out, treacherous access road.

Our stay at 31st December was something we will cherish for a long time to come. The property and location is very special with its unique climate and cardamom and pepper farms. The food is exquisite, so fresh and well curated. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. We felt so well looked after. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an peaceful authentic experience far from all hustles and bustles of the city life. We ourselves hope to return soon.

amazing Environment, Service & food. Felt like dreamland for couple of days. Very peaceful.

The location was quite remote so its only suited for staycations, not if you want to quickly go to places around Munnar. The internet connection is also little gimmicky so wont recommend it for any remote work. Ideal if you want to detach from the real world and relax for a couple of days.
