The location is excellent and we loved the balcony overlooking the main market street in Heraklion. The value for money is excellent, with everything you need. The owner was great and communications excellent from start to finish. We will be back again.

In the heart of heraklion city center

A looot of stairs, no elevator, very narrow entrance door(not apartment’s door). Some black colored stains on the sheets. I believe they cannot be removed in a washing machine. Im just saying.. 30mins for the water to heat up is not that bad, but when you dont really have time, is a lot. And when the check out is at 10am is a bit of a problem. Also..it would be very useful if you had a shower holder so I can use my both hands to shower

Curtains don’t close fully so lots of light came into the unit. TV remote was not working. Instructions for hot water could have been a little clearer.

This is my second time staying here, I came last year and it was excellent, this year too, wonderful, totally delighted

They should put on a thick gray hair cover for the cold, that would be fantastic. The rest is all wonderful.

Good location.

Would have been nice to have somewhere to hang the towels after use. There was a lot of moisture in the room. Interesting smell. The shower head didn’t work that great. We also saw 5 dead cockroaches along the stairs heading to the room. The curtains don’t cover all the windows so lots of light comes in the morning. Lots of noise from the street outside, especially in the morning.

The place was dirty. There was no water service, they claimed it was a problem from the municipality, then stated they could fix it and would send a plumber. They had us waiting for a solution that never came. The host was easily frustrated over the phone to the point of rudeness. We stayed one night only because the host said they would fix the problem the day after, but we left once they accepted they could not fix the water issue. We returned the keys and stayed in a hotel nearby that (unsurprisingly) had water.
