New Studio in the Heart of City Center

I really liked the interior and the location of the apartment. It was very close to all the attractions in Heraklion. It was nice to sit outside on the balcony above the busy street.

The bathroom was a bit messy due to cleaning equipment standing around and the toilet brush needs to be changed.

I do not recommend staying in this apartment!The property was dirty, had some stains on the pillow and on the bedsheets, there was dust everywhere and found cockroaches. I contacted the host about my issue and they did not even try to resolve it!

Location.

Apartmant is on 2nd floor without an elevator, stairs are so narrow so if you have a big suitcase good luck. We had a big street dog sleeping in front of our door apartment. Also TV was not working, and in pictures they are showing huge tv with Netflix add, and that's fake too Also we killed one huge bug in apartment.

Interior and the location of the property is really nice, right in the centre so all the shops / restaurants are in walking distance…loved the balcony..nice wind and could sit and watch the street which was satisfying..

Shower could be better..

The apartment was a simple lock box to enter. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend for a short stay in the city for sure! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

I have nothing good to say about Apollo Apartment. Mold everywhere. There was mold right next to our nightstand, next to the window, in the bathroom… . The humidity is so high that every morning the windows were full of water. The neighbors are very loud and are making loud noises, even in the middle of the night but the worst is the smell in the hall up to the apartment which is also transferring inside of the apartment. Also the communication is very bad. They won’t have solutions for your request. Our highlight was the rain which came into the apartment through the walls after 10 minutes of rain. After that we left in the middle of the night and the staff of Apollo Apartment couldn’t care less. We criticized the apartment and said that we want to leave and they weren’t even answering us about a request for a refund. Even for free I wouldn’t live there because the whole situation is so bad. We don’t think that they should be allowed to rent out this apartment.
