Sachi was the most helpful. I originally booked a queen room and then called to see if a king was available with handicapped accessibility. They told me yes and there would be no change in price. When we got there I was asked twice "do you really need a handicapped room?" And I said yes twice. Once we got to our room it was 2 twin beds not a king and the floor was very dirty. Sachi fixed the issue immediately and took us to the correct room which was clean. At the front desk I asked for toothpaste and was told to go across the street to the gas station to get some. The room had no tissues...the TV was small and dark and hard to watch. I asked for more pillows which Sachi brought right over and then later asked for more towels and a shower cap. I was told they had no shower caps but Sachi showed up with towels and a shower cap. The place may be sub par but Sachi makes up for it in great customer service.

Nothing absolutely nothing.

After entering the first room my family and I were presented their was a very scary instance of my son cutting his finger on a broken piece of glass that was part of a leftover pipe used to smoke cocaine or "crack" out of. When I explained this to management the manager name "Sam" short for his real name which is Indian and escapes me at the moment. He became aggressive and defensive explaining his cleaning staff are the best and this has never happened at this motel. I found this very disturbing and very untruthful as after only being at the motel for less then a day a man in the lobby has asked my husband if he knew anywhere that he knew of to purchase cocaine. My husband was mortified. There were many other signs specifically just the (looks of the quality of care and hygiene the other guests were presenting) gave a pretty good clue on what their typical clientele base consist of. After leaving the motel they decided to steal me Deposit and tell me that they released the money and it was on my bank to release the money. I was forced to play call back games with them for 3 weeks and at this point feel like I've just been robbed. This goes for their laundry scam they're running aswell which automatically for no reason at all deducts $15 from your account no matter what and then supposedly "refunds" the unused credits back to your account 2 weeks later. It's been a close to a month and I've received no refunds or my deposit of $100. On top of this the place is gross and dated their was beer bottles inn the plants off of the motels lobby. They also threaten you with a $25.00 charge if you take your breakfast out of the dinning room. This was a nightmare honestly worst motel I've stayed at in recent memory.

i booked a Disability access room, was given a room with an oven/dishwasher/sink ,a half-assed efficency room with a chair squeezed onto one side of bed, making it difficult to get into bed. did the concept of disability access not apply??,also were not allowed to bring a coffee back to the room, on account that they were housing transients there
