REGENCY Inn & SUITES NEW LONDON MYSTIC

The manager was very rude and he'll say one thing but do another. He yells at us and tells us hes crazy like thats suppose to scare someone. He even tried to charge my card without permission and had the wrong security code. He would always turn our card off even if we paid. He didnt like when we used the booking app because we got discounts. He told us hes gonna charge us more and more until we stop using it. He said he only wanted cash and he would over charge us knowing we already didnt have it as is. They use the homeless people's vulnerability to there advantage to get more money. They say they'll help but they dont help, they dont care about anyone or anything just there money. He would help others and have them use the app but he really hated us.

The location and it was comfortable

The space to get to the pool house stank really bad and I didnt like we couldnt bring our breakfast to the room has I have young children and ones autistic and elopes and had yo be alert the whole time couldnt enjoy it

Dirty. Old. Bugs. Dog poop everywhere. Nasty staff. The smell was ungodly
